The room
A room that faces the right way
We took the lease for one reason: from half past six the whole room turns amber, and there is nothing anyone behind the bar can do to improve on that.
So the list is built around it. Long and bright while the light holds, darker and slower once it goes. The same bottles, poured differently depending on the hour.
Everything on the food menu is designed to be eaten standing up, one-handed, without putting your glass down.
